Happy National Cheese Day! ?
This beautiful NC cheese from Prodigal Farms is named Piedmont Provencal. It has a layer-cake bloomy rind with olive/basil tapenade in the middle! Yum! ? What makes this cheese even more special is that there were only three wheels made, and we were lucky enough to get our hands on one! Very limited supply so if you are interested in trying this delicious cheese you better act fast!
