John’s getting ready for Pint Night by venting our cask of ‘Old Fashioned’ Hopsecutioner from Terrapin Beer Co.. This is a big IPA flavored with oranges, cherries and both light and dark toasted oak chips. We also have Walking Dead Blood Orange IPA on tap, and Terrapin glassware while it lasts! An amazing Pint Night is on tap tonight at TRiO! Bell’s Brewery ‘s team will join us, with a stellar lineup of beer, glassware, and general beer know-how. Check this out: Double Cream Stout on cask (we’ve had this beer on cask before – probably the best cask we ever had), and Smitten Golden Rye Ale (making it’s farewell appearance), Consecrator Doppelbock (good enough to hold it’s own with the real, German deal), and Lager of the Lake (crisp, light and refreshing) all on tap. Music from Sean Olds. How many reasons do you need to get in out of the cold? (Did we mention Chef Ron whipped up some killer Beer Cheese Soup?)
